Panama Weather and Climate
Panama is in Central America, quite close to the equator. The Panama weather and Climate is hot and humid throughout the year. Mostly, the country’s temperature is similar throughout the region, but it is sometimes cooler closer to the Pacific Ocean, and hotter close to the Caribbean Sea.

Being up in the mountains is much cooler than being close to sea level or in the rainforests, which get very humid, and there are sometimes frosts in the highest areas of the country. The mountains are popular places for walking a hiking to explore the less visited places of the area.
The lush vegetation throughout the country is one of the reasons that so many love to visit Panama, and it is becoming increasingly popular to trek through rainforests and visit the National Parks. Even if you are staying in the large cities, you are never far away from Panama’s famous natural landscapes.
